Hi all, It is a sad fact that Christian men have got problem with the prostata. Therefore I want to inform about masturbation and that it is a good habit for Christian men to be healthy. The Catholic church, which I am part of, is against masturbation for seeking pleasure (in the catechism). However this was understood by me that all form masturbation for whatever reason is forbidden and could still be understood like this because of that short text-part in the catholic catechism. I hurt myself after over 7 years of being a devout catholic because of the church teaching against male masturbation and was in great pain so I even shouted loud and had a strong fear that I had castrated myself (I visited a doctor also). Even now it hurts in me genital area and it has been hurting for years after in different periods. Remember this so that we Christians can have good and healthy life and I think that the catholic catechism should be changed so it says that masturbation is okay for men so that they can be healthy.
